University of New South Wales Diploma
Unfortunately, I missed the UNSW graduate commencement ceremony because it was inconvenient to take leave after starting work. Thankfully, my undergraduates had the foresight to organize a grand event! 😎
For those who can’t attend the ceremony and need their diplomas mailed to them, please remember the following: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I graduated at the end of 2024, and the ceremony was at the end of March 2025. After the results are released, the university will send an email about the commencement ceremony. From this point onwards, all related emails will generally be sent to your personal email address. Please pay close attention to your email during these months!!!
Step 1 🔗: In the commencement ceremony email, select “Cannot attend in person, diploma mailed.” This step seems to involve confirming your English address on MyUNSW step by step (I’m a little forgetting if this is the step; if not, you’ll receive an email later, don’t worry 😉). Just follow the instructions carefully and fill in all the required address information. get diploma online.
Step 2📨: After selecting the mailing option, you’ll receive another email confirming your address (Figure 2). I recall receiving this email twice: once immediately after selecting the mailing option, and again before the graduation ceremony. There’s a link in the overseas courier section for you to fill in your address information in your local language (Chinese). I only filled it in the first email; I actually missed the second one, but both are identical, so filling it in once is enough.
Step 3📦: Wait for it to be shipped. The school will start mailing it out in early April after the ceremony. I received the mailing notification and email on April 16th (Figures 3 & 4). If you cannot sign for the package yourself, you’ll need to change the receiving point or address. There will be a link here; remember to change it immediately. If you don’t have it, try not to touch anything. You can check the delivery progress via the link.
My delivery information stated it would arrive on April 21st, but it arrived at lightning speed on April 18th – I was shocked! No one was home at the time, and the delivery guy called me several times before finally leaving it in the mailbox I specified at my doorstep. I confirmed with a photo and text message. Please try to make sure someone is home to sign for it.
I was really worried because I kept seeing posts about people not receiving their diplomas, but I didn’t expect the UNSW diploma international express delivery to be so efficient. It’s a perfect ending and a wonderful gift for my student life!
